by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc.  Assessor’s Map 45, Parcel 49.  The proposed construction of additions to an existing dwelling & shed; & the installation of a sewer line between the shed & the dwelling. Work will occur within 100’ of a Coastal Bank.

by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc.  Assessor’s Map 42, Parcel 93.  The proposed installation of gabion toe protection to stabilize the toe of an eroding coastal bank. Work will occur within 100’ of a Salt Marsh, & on a Coastal Bank, Coastal Beach, & Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage.

by Ryder & Wilcox, Inc.  Assessor’s Map 62, Parcel 14.  The Order is proposed to be amended for the driveway grade to remain raised which resulted when the house was relocated to the rear of the property, & to move a shed 47’ from an Isolated Wetland (instead of 51’).  Work will occur within 100’ of two freshwater wetlands and within the Pleasant Bay ACEC.

COC request for an Order for an existing dock that was Amended to make the dock shorter with permanent pilings. On-Going Conditions for Existing Docks will remain on the COC.

COC request for an Order for additions and renovations to an existing dwelling is built as shown on the revised Site Plan.

David Manuel Jr. (Town of Orleans) (1992)                 34 Anchor Drive
COC request for work on the property owned by the Town that is seaward of this property for construction of a gabion and sand revetment. They have provided a Monitoring Report with Profiles and photos as requested in the Conditions on the Order. The site is well vegetated with beach grass and shrubs. There was no record of a Planting Plan in the file. A Condition that the Conservation Commission can require the Applicant to remove the revetment in the future if it causes erosion problems will remain on the COC.

Replace the snow fence that runs along the bottom of the revetment (see above) with a sand drift fence. Recent photos of the fence have been submitted. The area is well vegetated.

Filling numerous pot holes on Tom’s Hollow Lane near the vernal pool. Work by AMA Excavating. An Administrative Review was filed by Nick Mazzarese and heard on January 13, 2009, for proposed regular road maintenance--filling in pot holes and re-grading the road.  They were asked to file a NOI on that AR.

Filling in low areas of in-ground steps composed of 27 ties with mulch. Building in-ground steps of 3 ties 4’-wide on paths to the shore on two other right-of- ways. The locations of the proposed stairs are not staked.

Roadside trimming up to 3 times a year. Mowing of 2 grass paths to the shore with occasional trimming of side growth.   One of these paths is alongside the 27 tie steps to the beach and is used to drag boats etc. to the shore. Mowing was allowed here last year but it was not twice a month. At the end of this path and steps they would like to clear out an area 100’ x 100’ on the beach of debris and vegetation for the common landing.
